Personalized Commitment:
The four sisters who founded this RCFE have a deep understanding of individual needs, having created the facility specifically to care for their parents. This personal connection fosters a nurturing environment where residents feel valued and understood.
Experienced Background in Healthcare
With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, the sisters bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the facility. This experience ensures that residents receive high-quality care tailored to their specific health requirements.
Qualified Family Caregivers
The caregivers at the RCFE are not only qualified professionals but also family members. This unique aspect creates a sense of trust and familiarity, making residents feel more comfortable and secure in their living environment.
Family-Oriented Atmosphere
The family-owned nature of the RCFE promotes a warm, inviting atmosphere that emphasizes community and connection. Residents often report feeling like part of an extended family rather than just another patient in a facility.
Stability and Consistency
Being family-operated means that there is less turnover among staff compared to larger corporate facilities. Residents benefit from consistent caregivers who know them well, which enhances their comfort level.
